1,600㎡ Indoor Park for Maiengrün Immobilien AG

Arjana Pjetri, founder of Maiengrün Immobilien AG, had a vision: transform 1,600㎡ in Bruggerstrasse 11A, 5103 Wildegg (Aargau) into a standout indoor park. She spent 2+ years planning – researching, comparing, obsessing over every detail. We knew this wasn’t just a sale; it was a trust test.

Our team started with listening. “I need zones that flow – families, teens, even seniors should feel welcome,” Arjana said in our first meeting. We mapped her priorities:

600㎡ for kids (ages 2-12): Safe, vibrant, with modular play structures.

400㎡ for teens: Climbing walls, arcade-style challenges.

300㎡ for relaxation: Café-adjacent seating with soft play elements.

300㎡ flex space: For workshops, events.

She compared 5 suppliers. “Others showed renders – you brought factory blueprints,” she noted. We invited her to tour our production facility: “This steel frame? 30% thicker than industry standard. These foam pads? Fire-retardant, tested to 10,000+ impacts.” She checked every certificate – we had them ready.

Months of back-and-forth: She asked, “Can the climbing wall adjust height?” We showed prototypes. “What if attendance spikes?” We proposed expandable modules. “Prove durability.” We shared 10-year maintenance records from similar projects.

In the end, she said: “You didn’t just meet my demands – you anticipated them.”
